Yes! The world famous DJ David Guetta is returning to India for the second time in the same year. He’ll be performing for the finale of Superstar India on Dec  8 at  Candolim,  Goa.


Julian Marley



Julian Marley, son of Ganja idol Bob Marley will be performing in  Goa  on  December  30th.  Be prepared to return to the roots of Rastafari!

Yes, world famous music composer Yanni has said that he’ll be visiting India in 2013. His last show here was in 1997 when he performed in front of the Taj Mahal. Grammy award winning singers – Lady Gaga and Norah Jones are also expected to perform in 2013.

Kingston-born rapper Sean Paul will be visiting India in November, and will be visiting three cities.

Dead  Letter  Circus



Austalian Rock band Dead Letter Circus will be performing in  Goa  on  November  3rd as part of the BITS Goa Waves festival. More information can be found on the fests website.



Swedish  House  Mafia



Be a part of the madness of Swedish House Mafia! The three member electronic music giants consisting of Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso and Axwell are set to perform at the Sunburn stage this November as part of their OneLastTour!

Better get your tickets, because they are selling out FAST! The student tickets for the Mumbai gig were sold out in 6 hours and the regular tickets got sold out within the first week, prompting the event managers to release a second set of regular tickets. This might be the last time you will have the opportunity of watching them live.

They will be performing in  Mumbai  on  the  17th  of  November  and  Delhi  on  the  18th.  Tickets can be purchased from BookMyShow.




Trance  around  the  World  with  Above & Beyond




Trance giants Above & Beyond will be performing at the  Jayamahal  Palace  in  Bangalore  on the  10th  of  November  as part of their Trance around the world tour. They will be accompanied by other trance acts.

Simple  Plan



Yes, the popular Canadian punk rock band will be headlining IIT Mumbai’s famous Mood Indigo fest. The fest, which has previously featured progressive acts like Porcupine Tree and Katatonia will be doing things a little differently this time around.

You can catch them on  December  22nd at the IIT  Mumbai  campus  in Powai.

The concert will charge Rs 699 for college students and Rs 999 for non-students. For the 250 people who are first to register for the gig, the organisers have announced an early bird discount where students can register for Rs 599 and non-students for Rs 699.





Metal fans unite! This one is going to be pure madness. French metal band, Gojira are going to be performing in  Bangalore  as part of the Indian Metal Festival on  December  15th.

Exact venue is yet to be announced. Tickets are priced at Rs. 1250 and can be purchased from the Indianstage website.

They will be supported by other bands like:

Besides headlining the Bacardi NH7 weekender in Pune, Karnivool are also rumored to be performing at the NH7 Weekender in Bangalore on the 15th and 16th of December but the official lineup for the festival is yet to be confirmed.

Karnivool and 60 other acts will be performing as part of the Pune NH7 weekender on the  3rd  and  4th  of  November.  More details can be found here.







American progressive rock band Periphery will be headlining the Bacardi NH7 weekender in Bangalore, scheduled to be held on  December 15th  and  16th  along with other International Acts – Foreign Beggars and FinkMusic.

They will also be joined by one of the most celebrated and anticipated thrash bands of all time,  Testament



Tickets have not yet gone on sale but will soon on the Bacardi NH7 Weekender website.

This is not a gig you’ll want to miss!


Guns  n’ Roses



Guns n’Roses, one of the greatest rock bands of all time are planning their maiden tour of India this December. Unfortunately, they will NOT be featuring Slash on guitars, since he broke off from the band, but there’s good news yet, below. The band, which currently comprises of Axl Rose, DJ Ashba, Dizzy Reed, Tommy Stinson, Richard Fortus, Ron Thal, Chris Pitman and Frank Ferrer, will be performing in  Bengaluru,  Mumbai  and Gurgaon  on  December  7,  9  and  12  respectively.  Tickets have not yet been released.





Ever since guitarist Slash broke away from Guns n’Roses, he has proved that he doesn’t need his former band to produce amazing music. Slash is rumored to be visiting India in February 2013, accompanied by the amazing Myless Kennedy. Prospective tour dates are :  February  14  in  Chandigarh,  February  16  in  Mumbai  and  February  17  in  Bangalore.  Nothing has been confirmed yet though. Stay tuned to MoZ for further updates!
